Job Summary
IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer for an on-site, full-time role in a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities include coordinating, maintaining, and supporting hardware and software systems; providing Tier 1–2 technical support; configuring and managing secure systems, identity and access controls, remote access, and network security practices; assisting in the implementation and maintenance of security controls aligned with policies; supporting CMMC readiness and technical evidence collection; ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems; contributing to IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, documentation standardization, and security hardening; collaborating with IT leadership and operational teams; and operating independently with strong problem-solving and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems (IS)
- Proven support experience in network administration, systems administration, cloud administration, and end-user support
- U.S. work authorization and eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance are required
- On-site availability five days per week
- Preferred certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Microsoft Azure Administrator (or equivalent)
- Familiarity with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC compliance environments is highly desirable
