IT infrastructure Project Manager

Lead and deliver complex IT infrastructure programs, managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams. Create schedules, budgets, and implementation plans; monitor execution; supervise project teams and develop competencies. Identify risks and implement corrective actions; collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, vendors, and IT Business Relationship Managers. Report progress, prepare presentations and project documentation; ensure activities align with strategy and industry standards. Drive change management, optimize resource allocation, provide cost forecasting and variance analysis to deliver business value. Requires higher education in a technical or business field, 7+ years of IT project/program management experience, strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Prince2/PMI); PMP certification a strong plus; ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risks; experience in international environments; outstanding English communication and presentation skills; problem-solving and decision-making under time pressure.
