Job Summary
Manage and oversee IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and agreed timelines. Coordinate technical teams and multiple stakeholders, define progress metrics, and implement mitigation plans for identified risks. Support decision-making through KPI analysis while aligning business objectives with technology solutions for servers, networks, cloud environments, and cybersecurity initiatives. Promote project management best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement. This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in IT Project Management within infrastructure environments, a degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology, and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Azure DevOps. The position is based in Parque das Nações, Lisboa, with a hybrid schedule allowing up to two office visits per week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT Project Management
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- relevant professional experience in IT Infrastructure environments
- Ability to understand infrastructure concepts and architectures
- Solid technical knowledge of infrastructure environments, including networks, systems, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity concepts
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and the ability to build effective relationships with different stakeholders
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Team player with a high level of autonomy and accountability
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Hybrid (max. of 2 times per week in the office)
