Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure for data centers and office environments, coordinating with general contractors, cabling vendors, MEP teams, and network engineers. Develop design packages and manage proposals, RFPs, estimates, and schedules; monitor cabling, ELV, networking, and MEP interfaces; ensure adherence to standards and client requirements while controlling cost and schedule through effective change management and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience in IT infrastructure, data center, or technology-related construction environments.
- Hands-on understanding of network hardware installation.
- Experience coordinating with construction and MEP teams; familiarity with MDF/IDF build-outs.
- Knowledge of server room requirements (power, cooling, racks, cable pathways).
- Basic Cisco or Juniper CLI knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
