IT Infrastructure Manager

The IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms, databases, and end-user support systems. This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of all infrastructure components while leading a team of technical professionals. The manager also oversees database administration and help desk operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and user satisfaction. Essential functions include designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure; ensuring high availability, performance, and security; overseeing disaster recovery and business continuity; database administration and security compliance; leading IT help desk operations and ITSM practices; sustaining strong vendor and budget management; and monitoring and reporting to senior management. Requires hybrid or on-site work in Albuquerque, NM, with 7+ years of IT infrastructure and database experience and a master’s-level education preferred; certifications in AWS/Azure, CCNP, OCP, CISSP, ITIL, and related areas are expected. Location: Albuquerque, NM (US); Hybrid work arrangement.
