Job Summary
Coordinate and develop the IT infrastructure and operations for the SeneCura Group in collaboration with the Head of IT. Define and steer IT operational processes according to ITIL standards while managing IT asset documentation across frontend, backend, and network domains. Lead infrastructure projects and coordinate operational tenders, ensuring structured alignment of cross-functional initiatives. Support the generation and analysis of key performance metrics for infrastructure and operations. Full-time position with flexible working time models and home office options available.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT, idealerweise im Infrastrukturumfeld
- Erfahrung im IT-Betriebsmanagement sowie mit ITIL-Prozessen
- Die Fähigkeit, Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
- Stark in der Organisation und mit Freude daran, Themen zu koordinieren und erfolgreich zusammenzuführen
- Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern in deutscher und englischer Sprache
