Job Summary
Monitor assigned incidents to ensure timely resolution, manage system administration for cloud solutions including AWS, Cisco Meraki, and Office 365, and provide second-level support for incident escalations. Handle remote office provisioning and connectivity support for LAN/WLAN/WAN environments. Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings and make recommendations to improve process efficiency. Receive instruction and mentoring from experienced technical advisors while performing duties related to networking and system administration of hardware and operating systems.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a 2-year or 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing
- Experience with Windows Operating systems
- Minimal familiarity with or experience in troubleshooting LAN hardware/software, desktop devices and end user applications, cloud and mobile devices
- Effective communication skills – Verbal & Written
- Demonstrated Active Listening ability
- Ability to lead a task or objective
- Ability to work in team setting
- Ability to work under pressure
- Requires the ability to be accountable for task completion without direct supervision
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
