Job Summary
Support the planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure systems, including network, hardware, security, and cloud environments. Monitor system performance, execute data backup and disaster recovery planning, and troubleshoot connectivity issues across Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS platforms. Administer Microsoft Active Directory, manage patching and endpoint provisioning, and assist with NAS and cloud platform integrations. Provide Help Desk support for users, resolve Office 365 and video conferencing issues, and document operational procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to improve infrastructure processes and ensure compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or systems support roles
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration
- Experience supporting Windows 7–10, Mac OS, Android, and iOS environments
- Familiarity with NAS systems, cloud storage, and cloud platforms such as Azure or Tencent Cloud
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and Office 365 environments
- Understanding of IT security practices, endpoint management, and system monitoring
- Strong organisational, analytical, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure operational environments
- English and local dialects are an advantage
