Job Summary
IT Infrastructure and Operations Technician (EMEA) governs 24x7x365 IT support, handling first/second level diagnostics, AD provisioning/de-provisioning, VPN access, endpoint protection, Teams/Email/CRM/VoIP services, device management, Jira, and knowledge/documentation upkeep. Leads with external teams, onboardings, procurement, and regional communications; acts as regional IT contact for Amsterdam/Netherlands and travels in Europe as needed, with on-call availability for outages and planned maintenance. Focused on delivering reliable IT services, process improvements, and strong customer service across on-site and remote interactions.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting IT client and infrastructure technologies in a corporate environment
- Associate’s degree or technology-focused program in Information Systems, Computer Science or relevant major
