Job Summary
Administer and maintain servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and backups while configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless networks. Monitor security events, respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents, and conduct vulnerability assessments, threat hunting, and security reviews. Support disaster recovery planning, automate routine processes, and partner with departments to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions. Identify opportunities to strengthen infrastructure performance, security, and resilience. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $40.48 to $46.95 with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and unlimited PTO. Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure environments
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, and VPN technologies
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and practices, including SIEM platforms, firewalls, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A passion for technology, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing
Desired Qualifications
- CCNA, Security+, Network+, VMware, Microsoft, or related certifications
- Experience with automation, scripting, or infrastructure management tools
- Experience working in environments where security and infrastructure responsibilities overlap
