Job Summary
Manage, patch, and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure high availability, while scaling cloud resources within AWS and Azure. Oversee core networking components including firewalls, switches, and VPNs, and administer Microsoft 365 environments for identity and productivity. Implement security best practices, perform root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues, and maintain accurate documentation of network topology and operational procedures. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-office days at the Montréal HQ.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) or more years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a similar systems engineering role
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Hands-on experience managing production environments in both AWS and Azure
- Excellent understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and WAN/LAN troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tenant management and administration
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex technical problems under pressure
- Experience with Zscaler and good knowledge of ZTNA
- Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting to automate repetitive infrastructure tasks
- Knowledge of PLC/OT environments
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar
