Job Summary
Manage a team responsible for package software application development while supporting project execution and resource allocation. Collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives and contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions. Provide technical assistance to team members, participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards, and coordinate communication within the team and with other departments. Help identify and resolve project challenges to ensure smooth delivery. This role supports DXC Technology's mission to modernize, secure, and operate complex technology estates through Managed Infrastructure Services and Application Modernization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
- Technical knowledge in package applications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training
