IT Incident and Problem Specialist

Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation. Compile reports that track progress and guide business decision-making. Partner with Service Delivery and Application Support teams to collaborate on continuous improvement efforts and drive stability on the production environment. Develop and nurture collaborative relationships to foster a unified approach to incident and problem management. This role requires a Certificate or Diploma in computer science or information systems with 3-5 years of system analysis experience.
