Job Summary
Lead implementation readiness assessments, discovery sessions, and pre-implementation planning for Teller UX client deployments. Document current-state and future-state teller processes, checklists, playbooks, SOPs, and migration workbooks. Analyze source teller platforms such as DNA Teller, ClearTouch Teller, Integrated Teller, and legacy solutions to identify FI-level, branch-level, and regulatory requirements. Define migration strategies for roles, users, security permissions, and branch structures while developing configuration blueprints and rule-mapping templates. Conceptualize utilities that reduce manual work and implementation cycle time, utilizing AI to generate reusable templates, test scenarios, and migration mappings. Partner with Product, Engineering, and client teams to standardize onboarding workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Teller UX, DNA, DNA Telle, ClearTouch Teller, or comparable teller/core banking platforms
- Teller modernization, branch transformation, financial institution conversion, or enterprise software implementation programs
