Job Summary
Lead implementation readiness assessments, discovery sessions, and pre-implementation planning for Teller UX client deployments. Document current-state and future-state teller processes, checklists, playbooks, SOPs, and migration workbooks while analyzing source platforms like DNA Teller and ClearTouch. Define migration strategies for roles, users, security permissions, and branch structures, then develop configuration blueprints and rule-mapping templates. Utilize AI to generate reusable templates, test scenarios, and migration mappings that reduce manual effort and cycle time. Partner with Product, Engineering, and client teams to standardize onboarding workflows. This role industrializes the Teller UX implementation lifecycle to deliver faster, cleaner, and more scalable client deployments across financial services and other industries.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication
