Job Summary
IT HR Analyst responsible for the administration, technical implementation, and ongoing support of HR systems, ensuring it effectively supports the global HR function and aligns with evolving business needs. Acts as a key technical resource for system administration, application maintenance, and data integrity. Supports HR operations through full-cycle system configuration, troubleshooting, data governance, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems. Provides support in reporting, benefits, payroll, core HR, time & attendance, compensation, and learning; identifies and resolves system-related issues; collaborates with leaders to train users; designs and manages reports and data queries; monitors integrations and process optimizations; develops specifications and conducts testing; supports change management and stays informed of new system functionalities; builds strategic relationships with business users to drive continuous improvements while ensuring data security and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant HR/IT experience
