Job Summary

IT Help Desk Technician providing Tier 1 support in a multi-location environment (~25 locations), logging, prioritizing, and tracking help desk requests, and troubleshooting hardware and software. Responsible for configuring and supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager, and Adobe; using Rent Manager and Newbook systems; creating and updating user access, and delivering end-user training. Will participate in an on-call rotation and may travel to Roberts Resorts & Communities locations (<10%) to perform duties. Requires strong documentation, effective troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT staff to improve processes and reduce recurring issues.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Experience supporting remote users
  • Strong foundational PC troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with device lifecycle workflows
  • Experience troubleshooting network configuration issues
  • Experience supporting Microsoft RDP in a hosted VM environment
