Job Summary
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware as part of a Helpdesk Technician role. Resolve 20–30 tickets daily and support new user onboarding across approximately 3,000 devices.
Required Qualifications
- Tier 1–2 troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience with Intune and Active Directory (on-prem)
- Familiarity with any ticketing systems (ServicePro preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
