Job Summary
Provide first-contact support for incoming requests via phone, web portal, email, and chat, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, connectivity, and identity issues to full root-cause resolution. Manage day-to-day Microsoft Intune administration, including device enrollment, compliance monitoring, and application deployment, while handling routine Microsoft Entra ID and M365 account tasks. Perform routine maintenance on workstations and printers, act as the point of contact with third-party vendors, and support onboarding and offboarding. Document IT processes, build help sheets, and recommend process improvements to reduce ticket volume. Maintain accurate equipment inventory and identify sustainable practices within the team. This onsite role in Parlier, CA supports a family-owned winery committed to sustainability and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on IT support experience, including direct experience administering or supporting Microsoft Intune and the Microsoft 365 environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10 and 11, and iOS (iPhone, iPad); working familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and endpoint/remote support tools
- Experience supporting customers over the phone, in person, and remotely
- Strong customer service orientation with a track record of resolving issues with diplomacy and tact
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well across departments
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing many tasks at once in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Versatile and flexible, with a willingness to work through constantly changing priorities
- A+ or comparable certification (required within six months of hire if not already held)
- Progress toward MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator) or MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator) certification
- Occasional lift, move, carry, and stack boxes up to 40 lbs
- Ability to manage prolonged screen time effectively without compromising productivity or attention to detail
- Onsite position based in our Parlier, CA facility
- Occasional travel to other O'Neill locations may be requested
- Remote work of up to one day per week may be available once fully trained, up to company discretion
