Job Summary
IT Helpdesk Support role providing Level 1-2 desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device support; troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues; support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint); assist with EMR/EHR systems (OSCAR, Accuro); manage user accounts and security (AD/Azure AD, MFA); ensure HIPAA/PHIPA/PIPEDA compliance; document incidents and resolutions, and contribute to IT projects and knowledge base while supporting healthcare staff.
Required Qualifications
