Job Summary

IT Helpdesk Analyst role focused on administering, monitoring, and maintaining Smith's IT infrastructure to keep end users operational. Responsibilities include end-user support across PC operating systems, hardware, video conferencing, applications, mobile devices, and peripherals; maintaining desktop PCs, patches, and updates; managing Windows servers and Active Directory; handling PC setup/deployment for new employees; performing workstation hardware/software upgrades; maintaining inventory of equipment, software, and licenses; assisting with IT procurement; and collaborating with regional/global IT teams on ad-hoc projects. Must be willing to work after hours when necessary. Requires strong ownership, English proficiency (Mandarin/Cantonese a plus), and a 2+ year track record in IT support.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years end-user IT support experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Windows desktop & server, MS Office, Cisco devices, IP phones, video conference systems and Zscaler
