Job Summary
The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner within a global IT Service Delivery organization. The role supports internal business customers and external clients as part of a follow-the-sun Shared Services Center, ensuring performance benchmarks are met and adhering to standards and processes for effective service delivery. The position involves collaboration with Regional Service Delivery, Desktop and Application Support, and infrastructure teams, taking ownership as needed to ensure a comprehensive and robust service desk model is established.
