IT Help Desk Technician (Part-Time) in Pittsburgh, PA area. Serves as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance; troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues; supports Microsoft 365; maintains IT assets; documents incidents; escalates complex problems as needed. Schedule is Monday–Friday 5am–9am at the South Side office; not remote. Starting pay $17.00/hour.
