Job Summary
Help Desk Technician role providing phone, email, and chat support to clients nationwide; build relationships with clients and help them find solutions while delivering exceptional customer service; diagnose issues, guide clients through diagnostic procedures, coordinate with vendors, document requests, perform maintenance on end-user devices, and provide training and self-fix solutions; set up, troubleshoot, and configure PCs, printers, and network equipment; handle password resets and user account setups; participate in on-call Saturday rotation; work with Windows 7 and newer, Office 2010 and newer, Office 365, Apple OS, and various hardware/software in a dental IT MSP context; collaborative team environment with remote and national coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of tech support experience preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven time management skills
- Proven reliability and the ability to work independently
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Hours - Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm EST; Rotating Saturday shift
