Job Summary
IT Help Desk Technician based in Commerce, CA, onsite role supporting Windows desktop and server environments, troubleshooting network and hardware issues, and installing/configuring systems, apps, and printers. Respond to support calls/emails with clear, customer-friendly communication; translate tech speak for non-technical users; work both independently and with a team; travel to nearby sites as needed. Required Qualifications
