Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support within a manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Desktop, ITIL, etc.) are helpful but not required.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux systems
- Experience with MS Office
- Familiarity with ERP tools
- Experience with remote desktop software
- Familiarity with networking basics (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Strong communication skills
