Job Summary

IT Help Desk Support role providing hands-on technology support for bank staff in an onsite, Monday–Friday schedule with rotating on-call Saturdays. Responsibilities include handling incidents across email, hardware, software, and connectivity; using ticket-tracking tools; installing/maintaining workstations and peripherals; applying security patches; managing device moves/adds; documenting fixes and building scripts for the Operations Center; training users on Microsoft Office and Teams; escalating unresolved items to higher tiers while maintaining logs; start-to-end day-to-day incident management and cross-team coordination to keep staff productive and secure. Location is Waco, TX; the role emphasizes customer service, precise following of procedures, and clear technical communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and Teams
  • Basic Active Directory user/security group administration
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365/Azure
  • Strong customer service, organization, documentation, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to follow written procedures precisely and explain technical concepts clearly
  • Apple iPhone/iPad basics; MDM familiarity a plus; ticketing/knowledge base experience a plus; A+/Network+/MCP desired
