Job Summary
Oversee IT Help Desk operations and supervise staff; develop and deliver a comprehensive training program to enhance technical skills, customer service, and operational excellence; manage service desk performance against SLAs; oversee escalation and ticket lifecycle; maintain IT assets and contribute to change, incident, and problem management initiatives; develop knowledgebase articles, training materials, and user-facing documentation; foster continuous learning and improvement and align training with emerging technologies; ensure effective collaboration with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and end-user experience.
Required Qualifications
- AA/AS degree in computer related field or two years relevant experience
- Requires experience troubleshooting software, hardware and accessory equipment
- Requires sufficient analytical skills to assess problems and develop solutions
- Must be able to install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain all software applications and peripheral equipment used at the casino
- Must have strong communication and training skills and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class A/III gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State
