Job Summary
Provide onsite technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware; train users on basic usage; maintain daily performance of systems; install/modify/repair hardware, software, workstations, and servers; run diagnostics to identify and resolve problems; address LAN/WAN issues; respond to inquiries via email, in person, or phone; use systems-management tools to monitor events and manage tickets; perform related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, reliable attendance
- A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications preferred but not required
- 1-year experience in similar role preferred but not required
- Must be available for varying shifts depending on customers’ needs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a team
- Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
- Bilingual a plus
