Job Summary
Provide onsite technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware; train users on basic usage; maintain daily system performance; install/modify/repair hardware, software, workstations, and servers; run diagnostics to identify and resolve problems; resolve LAN/WAN and other network issues; respond to questions via email, in person, or phone; use systems management tools to monitor events and manage the ticketing system to keep client environments running optimally; perform related duties as assigned.
