IT Help Desk role providing full-time IT support to internal users. Responsibilities include OS and application installation and troubleshooting, configuring and maintaining phone systems (Cloud Mitel), server room maintenance, hardware setup, end-user support (Mac/Windows), printer support, networking gear management, and onboarding/offboarding tasks. Requires experience with networking devices, ability to work independently on multiple projects, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 80% within the LA area. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical Support or similar role
- Experience in frontline user support
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience configuring/maintaining Networking devices and Hardware
- Willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary
- Flexible on scheduling – early morning 6am or late morning 10am
- Travel up to 50 to 80% within the LA area
- A+ Certification (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience (preferred)
