Job Summary
The IT Help Desk position is responsible for providing hands-on support for both hardware and software issues to ensure real-time problem resolution. This role includes maintaining and supporting client systems, troubleshooting third-party applications, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Helpdesk support role
- 1-2 years’ experience supporting users on Windows Server 2012 or 2016 and Windows 7 or 10
- 1 year experience using a Helpdesk system
- 0-1 years’ experience troubleshooting network and TCP/IP configurations
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational skills and detail oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting and administering users in Office 365
- Experience with wireless connectivity configuration and support for mobile devices and portable computers
- Experience in a software or hardware-based PBX system, 3CX support preferred
