Job Summary

Provide immediate first level IT help desk support via phone or remote access, including problem resolution for software and hardware. Routine maintenance of hardware and software per agreed plans. Perform minor software and hardware repairs. Diagnose errors, troubleshoot and maintain network connections or other computer systems. Maintain inventory of IT equipment. Handle documentation for hardware and software, maintenance and problem resolutions. Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or external consultant. Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software. Maintain network servers such as file servers, AD, Print server, etc. Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.

Required Qualifications

  • BC. S in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Experience:5-10 Years’ experience
  • Excellent usage of Google Suite
  • Knowledge in active directory is a MUST
  • Perfect English Language is a MUST
  • Knowledge in networking (VPN, virtualization, and firewall) “Mandatory”
  • Knowledge in switches and routers “Mandatory”
  • Knowledge in servers and storage (Dell, HP, IBM .... etc)
  • Knowledge in VMware
  • CCNA & MCSE knowledge
