Job Summary
Assist IT Help Desk by answering phones and processing help requests via phone and email; log requests into the Help Desk database; collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure issues are recorded and resolved promptly; perform basic support tasks such as login assistance, onboarding/offboarding, account creation/removal, and FAQ maintenance; prior IT experience not required, but strong customer service, communication, and MS Office/Excel skills are needed; role emphasizes receiving and routing requests, coordinating with teams, and contributing to efficient IT operations in a family-oriented dealership setting.
Required Qualifications

- Phone skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
