Job Summary
Lead end-to-end management of SAP S/4 HANA across all modules while driving enterprise-wide automation to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Own the BI platform and data warehouse, developing dashboards and self-service analytics tools that provide actionable insights for executives. Oversee the portfolio of non-SAP SaaS platforms, including HRMS and sales force automation, ensuring seamless integration and single-source-of-truth data flow. Define and execute a multi-year IT strategy that aligns technology investments with business objectives while leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing IT team. Establish frameworks for measuring process efficiency and implement ITIL/ITSM practices to deliver consistent service management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- 15+ years in IT roles
- at least 3 years in leadership within manufacturing or consumer‐goods industries
- Demonstrated hands‐on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation and management across multiple modules
- Deep knowledge of SAP architecture
- knowledge of integration technologies (IDoc, OData, EDI)

- Strong understanding of process automation
