Job Summary
Maintain Segregation of Duties frameworks, conduct access reviews, and coordinate remediation actions while ensuring alignment with SAP security standards. Identify and monitor IT risks across the Group, update risk registers, and support internal and external audit processes. Design and review IT General Controls, execute testing for access and change management, and map controls to SOX requirements. Implement a Group-wide Change Management framework and develop dashboards for senior leadership. Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Data function to strengthen data governance policies and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, Compliance, or Audit
- Hands-on experience in SAP environments
- Strong understanding of: IT General Controls (ITGCs), Segregation of Duties (SoD), SAP Security & Access Control
- Familiarity with frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, COBIT
- Fluent English
- Military obligations completed (where applicable)
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and structured thinking
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work across regions and functions in a global environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with GRC tools (e.g., SAP GRC, Security Weaver)
