Job Summary
Support end users and VIPs in the Dublin IT Operations team by monitoring ServiceNow tickets, resolving issues, and maintaining system documentation. Coordinate technology projects covering compute, networks, workplace services, security, and design IT while liaising with third-party vendors and tracking office assets. Work out of hours as required for project work and issue resolution. Join the 2026 program with a 24-month fixed term, based in Dublin with limited remote work.
Required Qualifications
- qualification in an IT discipline e.g. business information systems, IT management, cloud computing or digital media or related discipline
- Keen interest in IT technology with an analytical approach to problem solving
- Possess excellent IT skills
- Customer focused with a commitment to deliver a superior service
- Commitment to excellence and high standards, strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills required (written & verbal)
- Ability to apply technology creatively within a business context
- Work out of hours as required on project work/issue resolution
- Roles is based on site in Office with limited WFH
