Job Summary
Entry-level IT Generalist role providing internal IT support (Jira Service Desk, hardware/software issues, user access management, SaaS administration, and AV support). You will diagnose and resolve IT issues, manage user accounts across applications, document processes, and learn to use AI tools to automate provisioning. The role requires 0-3 years of enterprise IT support experience, proficiency with MacOS and Google Workspaces, and experience with Okta, Jamf, Netskope, Slack, Gitlab, AWS, Jira/Confluence, and Claude or similar AI tools. Knowledge of Identity & Access Governance (SAML/SCIM) and PCI/SOC IT general controls is needed. Must be able to lift 25 pounds. The position reports to IT management and is located in the Austin area with in-office presence 4-5 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years enterprise IT support experience
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- MacOS and Google Workspaces knowledge
