Job Summary
Install and test workstations, fix performance issues, and diagnose hardware and software problems in a break/fix environment. Troubleshoot line of business program issues, verify application results through system audits, and maintain cleanliness and organization of IT stations. Track physical hardware assets, develop organizational standards, and interpret service delivery metrics to problem solve. Engage with internal and external clients to provide updates and ensure compliance with IT components. Complete projects by coordinating resources and timetables while adhering to disaster recovery and backup procedures.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to multitask and self-manage your work day
- Ability to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Strong customer relations & presentation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and customer service skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A highly resourceful, proactive, and reliable attitude
- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary or completion of post-secondary schooling
- Previous experience with ChromeOS devices
