IT Generalist

IT Generalist responsible for broad technical support across hardware, software, and network systems to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable IT operations. Responsibilities include supporting company applications/devices, monitoring/troubleshooting network performance and security, installing and maintaining devices/software, resolving malfunctions, acting as liaison between Enterprise Technical Services and end users, managing user accounts/permissions (Active Directory or cloud platforms), provisioning for new hires and offboarding, ensuring IT policy and cybersecurity compliance, and performing additional duties as assigned.
