IT Fleet Analyst

Job Summary
Fleet IT Services Analyst delivers technical services and IT project execution, working cross-functionally across the Royal Caribbean Group. The position supports ship, island and shore IT teams and contributes to the continuity of 24/7 fleet operations. Responsibilities include assisting with system deployments, upgrades, configuration, and functional testing; monitoring data transmission flows, system health, and network connectivity; analyzing recurring issues to improve service reliability; coordinating incident response between shipboard and shoreside IT teams; developing and maintaining documentation; coordinating ITIL-based service management activities including change, incident, problem, and service management; and occasional travel to shipyards or ships for deployments. Requires collaboration with multiple brands and teams and may involve travel to international shipyards or ships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
