Job Summary
IT Helpdesk Intern for a part-time summer role. Responsibilities include responding to helpdesk tickets, providing first-level technical support to end users via phone/email/in-person, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues on Windows/macOS, configuring and imaging workstations, assisting with Active Directory user accounts and access provisioning, maintaining records of support requests and inventory, supporting IT staff with upgrades and deployments, and escalating complex issues with clear documentation. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a related degree program, have basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, strong communication skills, and organizational ability; prior helpdesk or technical support experience is a plus. On-site/Hybrid location in Channahon, IL. Duration June–August, 15–20 hours/week.
