Job Summary
Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment by performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities on various client products. Accept and deliver all assigned service calls while communicating clearly in written and verbal forms with excellent customer service skills. Complete administrative tasks for each call and manage control and return of assets and inventory. Drive to client locations, lifting and moving computer equipment up to 50 lbs, using a valid driver's license and personal repair tool kit. Earn $40 per call plus $5 per diem. Join the Infrastructure Delivery team to forge long-lasting partnerships with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Server Experience
- Ability to drive yourself to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
