Job Summary
Seeking experienced IT Field Technicians for on-demand IT support, providing installation and troubleshooting for various computer-related issues, with a focus on Microsoft and Apple environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years support experience in an enterprise environment using Windows and some Apple/Mac hardware.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively operate independently as well as in a team environment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Azure, Intune, and other cloud-based services.
- Experience with Active Directory (AD), domains, group policies.
- Application support for Microsoft Office365, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online.
