Job Summary
IT Field Technician will be the hands-on resource for remote office locations, providing Tier 2 desktop support, troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues, printers, and simple server problems. Responsibilities include handling escalated tickets, remote diagnostics, installing/modifying/repairing hardware and software, and traveling to site locations in TX as needed.
Required Qualifications

- Provide exceptional customer service
