Job Summary
Provide Tier 2 desktop support for remote office locations, troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, printers, and server issues; perform remote diagnostics, install/repair hardware and software, and handle escalated support tickets. Work in new construction zones to bring facilities online and manage printers. Requires Help Desk experience with LAN, servers, and peripherals, strong customer service, ownership of projects, and ability to work independently with solid verbal and written communication.
