Job Summary
Troubleshoot Windows and macOS issues, resolve network problems, and install printers, scanners, and POS systems. Replace or upgrade hardware components, reinstall operating systems, and document work while communicating clearly with customers. Perform outdoor TV mounting and basic AV setup, including Cat5e or Cat6 cabling installation. This on-call independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling where you accept jobs matching your proximity and skills. Two years of IT support experience, strong networking diagnostics, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required.
