Field Specialist using a per-call IT support model to perform hardware break-fix and troubleshooting for designated client equipment. Responsibilities include handling service calls, providing clear written and verbal communication, delivering strong customer service, administering asset control and inventory, and completing related administrative tasks. Role may involve mentoring colleagues and delivering Dell/Lenovo/HP certification training as part of ongoing client support. Requires technical school certification or equivalent and 1-2 years of relevant experience; valid driver’s license, ability to travel to client locations, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Per-call compensation: $40 per call with $5 per diem; per-call orientation and field presence expected within 2 business days.
