Job Summary
Provide on-site hardware break-fix support and troubleshooting for client IT equipment (Dell/Lenovo) as part of the Infrastructure Delivery team; perform basic to moderately complex repairs, manage asset and inventory control, and complete administrative tasks for each service call; requires driving to client locations, excellent customer service, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; training and certification opportunities offered (Dell/Lenovo) and a basic repair toolkit is required.
Required Qualifications
- technical school certification or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- own a basic repair tool kit
- ability to drive yourself to client locations
- lifting/moving up to 50 lbs
