Job Summary
Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment by accepting and delivering all assigned service calls. Perform basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities on various client products while communicating clearly in written and verbal forms. Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call and maintain control over asset return and inventory. Drive to client locations to perform on-site repairs, requiring the ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs and own a basic repair tool kit. Earn $40 per call plus $5 per call per diem.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to drive yourself to client locations
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
